Hosted by Rinku Gupta, an Indian chef who has spent over a decade in Europe, this dinner explores the intersection of authentic Indian cuisine and local Nordic flavors. Her approach is grounded in tradition but intentionally adaptive—creating dishes that are both true to their origins and relevant to their surroundings.
THE EXPERIENCE
The evening begins with a welcoming ritual: a traditional tikka marking and a refreshing mango lassi shot, setting the tone for a culturally immersive dinner.
